How do I book a tour?
Pick your tour, hit "Book on Viator" and complete payment on Viator, our booking partner (a Tripadvisor company). You get instant confirmation by email.
Is payment secure?
Yes. Payments are processed on Viator, a Tripadvisor company with encryption and buyer protection. Mexpeditions never sees or stores your card details.
Can I cancel my booking?
Most tours offer free cancellation up to 24 hours before the activity, with a full refund. Each tour shows its exact policy on Viator before you pay.
What currency do I pay in?
You can pay in your local currency on Viator. On our site we show prices in pesos (MXN) when you browse in Spanish, or US dollars (USD) in English, as a reference.
Are the prices up to date?
Yes. We sync prices and ratings with Viator every day. The final price and availability are confirmed on Viator at the moment you book.
Are the reviews and ratings real?
Yes. Ratings and reviews come from verified travelers who booked through Viator and Tripadvisor. We never invent or inflate numbers.
Is hotel pickup included?
Many tours include transport from hotels in Cancún, Playa del Carmen, Tulum and the Riviera Maya. Check the "What’s included" section of each tour to confirm.
Do I need to speak Spanish?
No. Most tours have guides in English and Spanish. Plus, our team helps you on WhatsApp in both languages before and during your trip.
When is the best time to visit the Riviera Maya?
