Terms of Service

1. Nature of the service

Chi'ik Adventures is a curated tour and experience platform in Cancún and the Riviera Maya, operated by Sandro Emanuel Cuevas Zepeda (Mexican tax ID CUZS9706184K9) from Mexico. We are not a tour operator: each tour is run by a local operator, who provides the service.

2. How to book

All bookings are made directly with us, on WhatsApp or from each tour page. To hold your spot you pay a deposit per person ($200 MXN on most tours; $300 MXN on Isla Mujeres, or $25 USD when the rate is in dollars) through a payment link processed by Stripe. The balance is paid on the day of the tour, as stated on the tour page and in your confirmation. If you cancel within the allowed window, we refund your deposit in full, as stated on your coupon. Private yachts are quoted and booked on WhatsApp.

3. Prices and availability

Prices shown are per person and in Mexican pesos (MXN), unless another currency is stated or the price is per yacht. Approximate amounts in other currencies are for reference only. Taxes or fees charged in some areas (for example Tulum, Holbox or Río Lagartos) are paid separately when stated. Availability is confirmed at the time of booking.

4. Liability

The operation, quality and safety of each tour are the responsibility of the operator that provides it. We are not responsible for itinerary changes or cancellations due to weather, port closures or force majeure. If this happens on a direct booking, we will contact you to offer the options stated in your quote.

5. Use of the site

The content of this site (text, images, brand and design) belongs to Chi'ik Adventures and may not be reproduced without written permission. You may view and share the links for personal, non-commercial use.

6. Changes

We may change these terms at any time. Changes take effect when they are published on this page.
