When the sun drops over the Riviera Maya, something shifts in the jungle. Xplor Fuego captures exactly that moment: zip lines lit above the darkness, underground rivers glowing in the half-light, and amphibious vehicles navigating cave terrain after dark, when the same familiar circuit becomes unrecognizable.
You zip-line over the jungle, drive an amphibious vehicle through cave terrain, and paddle underground rivers lit with torches and LED lights. Every station feels different from how it looks during the day, even for those who already know the park's daytime version and think they know exactly what to expect. The minimum age to participate is 5 years old.
It's the same adventure circuit as the daytime Xplor park, but the darkness completely changes how every activity feels. What's a calm river to paddle by day feels like exploring an unknown cave at night, without knowing what's around the next bend, with only torchlight reflected on the water and the sound of paddles breaking the silence around you.
The tour is available with or without round-trip transport from your hotel, whichever you prefer. It includes all necessary equipment, life jacket, helmet, harness, and paddles, a locker for two people, access to restrooms and changing rooms, and an all-you-can-eat dinner buffet at the end of the night, served after several active hours in the jungle and the torch-lit caves below it.
You end the night with wet clothes, a full stomach from the dinner buffet, and the feeling of having seen a place you thought you already knew from the daytime version, almost as if it had quietly become a different park entirely after dark.

It's the same circuit, but completely transformed with fire, torches, and LED lights, which changes how every activity feels: what's a calm river by day feels like an unknown cave at night with no visible landmarks. Even staff describe the nighttime shifts as a completely different job from the daytime ones.
Does it get cold at night?
The temperature drops a bit compared to daytime, but it's still warm Riviera Maya weather. Since you're wet for much of the route, it's worth bringing something light to change into after dinner. The perceived temperature drops a bit more if the route includes the river sections before you dry off.
Is dinner included?
Yes, an all-you-can-eat dinner buffet at the end of the night, after several active hours in the jungle and torch-lit caves, at no extra cost within the ticket. The buffet is served hot, freshly prepared for the group finishing the route that night.
