What every explorer asks
Do you pick me up at my hotel?
In Cancún and Playa del Carmen we pick you up at your hotel or at a meeting point close to it. In Tulum, the meeting point is at the entrance to town. We confirm the exact time the day before the tour.
What is the difference between Classic, Comfort and Deluxe?
All three follow the same route. Comfort adds drinks on board (water, beer and soft drinks) and a fresh fruit water with lunch. Deluxe adds drinks on board, two fresh fruit waters and a sandwich.
Do I pay a tax or entrance fee separately?
No. The entrance to Tulum and Cobá is included and there is no separate tax. What you can pay for on the day is the life vest ($100 MXN per person, to swim in the cenote), a locker, a bike or tricycle in Cobá and, in the Classic package, drinks with lunch.
How long is the day?
It is a full day of about 12 hours. We confirm your pickup time the day before the tour.
Can children come?
Yes. Children from 0 to 2 go free, from 3 to 9 they pay the child rate, and from age 10 they pay as adults.
How do I book, and what if I cancel?
You hold your spot with just $200 MXN per person through a secure Stripe payment link, and pay the rest on the day of the tour. If you cancel at least 24 hours before, we refund your deposit in full.
Two Maya cities, a cenote and 5th Avenue in a single day.
